Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian L. Weiss, M.D.

From author and psychotherapist Dr. Brian Weiss comes the classic New York Times bestseller on the true case of the past-life therapy that changed the lives of both the prominent psychiatrist and young patient involved—now featuring a new afterword by the author.

As a traditional psychotherapist, Dr. Brian Weiss was astonished and skeptical when one of his patients began recalling past-life traumas that seemed to hold the key to her recurring nightmares and anxiety attacks. His skepticism was eroded, however, when she began to channel messages from the “space between lives,” which contained remarkable revelations about Dr. Weiss’ family and his dead son. Using past-life therapy, he was able to cure the patient and embark on a new, more meaningful phase of his own career. With more than one million copies in print, Many Lives, Many Masters is one of the breakthrough texts in alternative psychotherapy and remains as provocative and timeless as it was when first published.

Light Is The New Black by Rebecca Campbell

I remember reading this book on a flight. It felt like one of those books where you're nodding in resonance the entire time.

This international bestselling book has helped hundreds and thousands of people all over the world to create a life that is in deep alignment with their soul.

Part guide, part soulful encouragement, this grounded and inspiring book will support you to hear the callings of your soul and integrate them into your life today.

Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert

This book talks about the magic in creativity, inspiration and having the courage to share it.

This beloved author digs deep into her own generative process to share her wisdom and unique perspective about creativity. With profound empathy and radiant generosity, she offers potent insights into the mysterious nature of inspiration. She asks us to embrace our curiosity and let go of needless suffering. She shows us how to tackle what we most love, and how to face down what we most fear.

The Gene Keys by Richard Rudd

This book is an invitation to begin a new journey in your life. The beating heart of the Gene Keys Synthesis, this is the codebook describing all human states of consciousness, from the deepest fear-based patterns to the most awe-inspiring possibilities in our DNA. A vast work of vision and depth, this is a book to contemplate over a lifetime.

The Gene Keys (you'll want to know your exact birth time so that you can pull your own chart). You can pull your free chart here. If you don't have your birth time this book is still worth the read. I recommend the companion books on genius, love and prosperity.

"Many Lives, Many Masters" is my favourite "spiritual" book. Rebecca Campbell's "Light is the New Black" was a good jumpstart into the realm of finding your purpose through spiritual work. 'Big Magic" was my book club pick when I was working at a tech company and simultaneously missing creative work.
